Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (including return shipping); there will be no additional return fee for consumers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a receipt via email. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. If the product is already in transit and you request a refund, a 30% refund fee will be charged!

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the official refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@after-sales.vip.
